Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Delaware, OH, location and become a vital part of our mission-driven team. This role supports the Owner and project team in keeping our residential design-build projects running smoothly. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Assist in project management schedules, updating project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
• Organize and maintain project documents, contracts, and client files.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and vendor appointments.
• Support communication between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and proofread project proposals, estimates, and invoices.
• Help with procurement, ordering materials, and making sure deliveries are timely.
• Help with permitting applications and documentation compliance.
• Jobsite cleanup
• Pickup and deliver materials
• Some general Carpentry and punchout

What You Bring:

• Experience in project coordination, or construction/design-related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software (experience in Job Tread)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for design, construction, or home remodeling is a plus!
